It´s been a month since I last wrote a post.
I´ve been busy as hell taking care of a lot of stuff. We finally took over the hostel by October 1, and we are in great need of money in order to start up business 1st of December. The previous tenants left us three buildings with nothing inside, no furniture, no beds, no linen… nothing.
We are desperately trying to raise money for the required start-up fundings, but somehow it´s all going very slowly.
However, we are not giving up, even though bills have started to come in a steady flow. Heating, electricity – you name it. Creative as usual, we are looking for sponsors for our rooms. You can get your name tag on a room for 5 years for only DKK 15.000. That is really, really cheap! Some companies have already accepted and that is so great!
I have also been using my skills to update my CV, create a WP page for a local organization, help my husband with his CV and find an alternative to Photoshop which is far too expensive for me. I tried GIMP, but the user interface wad too difficult for me. Now I´ve decided for Affinity Photo, which is inexpensive, intuitive and works great when you are used to Photoshop. Next thing will be to practice what I´ve learned.

The frost set in last night

The leaves have slowly been falling off the trees for the past two weeks. The clocks were set an hour back, as we officially have entered winter time now.
This evening the snow fell for the first time this winter also.
