Last week I was invited for a "coffee-meeting" with a large Danish company. At the moment I can not tell you more about the company and location.
Having arrived there in due time, I suddenly found myself in a complete different situation. The informal meeting turned more or less into a first job interview. A trip round the factory, a meeting with management and finally a very short talk with the manager who invited me.
Fortunately, I'm used to these situations and am not easily run off track. And it paid out - in that sense I've been invited for the second interview Wednesday this week.
As always there's a test to be made prior to the interview. Between meetings yesterday, there was enough time for doing the test also. I was prepared for the big 45 min. test, which I've done plenty of time - even for internal jobs at my former workplace - however this one only took 8 min.
I was also asked to provide a copy of my criminal record - need I say I'm clean as a whistle.
Focus will now be on preparing for the interview tomorrow. I'm looking so much forward to it. My stomach feeling is right this time and that's a good sign - right?
