It´s difficult to keep up with myself!
Early this morning the kitchens for The Old Hospital were delivered. And what a morning! No fog, the sun was shining from early on. After the kids were sent to school, I met with the others at The Old Hospital to get all the stuff inside. The kitchens are heavily sponsored by the kitchen manufacturer, meaning we got them at a very, very fair price. It took us two hours to get all the items up and in. Since the elevator is not working (we cannot afford to get it approved) we borrowed at fork lift and used that for lifting the items up, pallet by pallet. My job was to load the items onto the pallet and help unloading upstairs. Quite a lot of running up and down the stairs.
When almost done, I got a call from one of the recruiters I work with on LinkedIn. He had wonderful news! The Offshore Dept. of siemens Gamesa in Vejle had been looking at my CV and were interested. He just called me again and tomorrow at 9am I´m going to a job interview! Fortunately for me, there haven´t been many applicants, so instead of trying to hiring in by themselves, they let a recruiter do the job. So now I need to get prepared – and try not to get too nervous!
So wish me luck – I´ll get the answer early next week. Hopefully it´ll be a big YES!
